Cheery Lynn Designs - Vintage Tea Tag

Hello Everyone,

One of my favourite items to create are 'memory books' of any type.  This week I have created a pretty, vintage, tag page using Cheery Lynn Designs dies.  The tag measures 10" X 3 1/2".  The Anastasia Border was used around the whole outer edge, and some pretty pearl fringing to the bottom of the tag.

...Then began the journey of building the layers with die-cuts.  The Fanciful Flourish was used as a design base over the stamped bird cage image (by Kaisercraft) - I love birds, I love bird cages!  A layer of fine fabric was added for texture just beneath the image.  Snowflake 5 and Snowflake 1 was used beneath each of my floral arrangements.

The top flower was created using the Cuties 3, and framed using the Olive Branches cut into smaller sections. The bottom flower was created using the Cherry Blossom die, and framed with Small Leaves 2, Pine Branches, and Olive Branches.

The Heart Key and Small Lace Faerie Queen were added to complete my tag.

The challenge this week on the Cheery Lynn Designs blog is Snowflakes - you can find all the details "here" - please remember to use at least one, Cheery Lynn Designs die in your creation.  Your creation can be anything that tickles your fancy, and you have a chance of winning a $20 voucher to spend!

Also, do not forget....
Cheery Lynn Designs will be exhibiting
at the CHA winter show in Anaheim commencing January 29, 2012.
Booth 862

Till next week, have a great time at CHA to those attending (I'm green with envy, but will be there next year!!) and happy creating to all...
