Today I have a layout created for The Scrapbook Store, using the Kaisercraft, Flora Delight paper collection. What a gorgeous colour array, and I had to use a photograph of my Mum, as the shirt she was wearing matched perfectly. This photograph was taken not long before we moved to Western Australia.
Every element of the layout was edged using the Gold, Adirondack Acrylic Paint Dauber, including the Manor House, Green Tara, and I am Roses Flowers. The larger flowers did not quite match colour wise, so I applied a misting of Plum, and Kraft Glimmer Mist.

Borders created using the Martha Stewart, Doily Lace Punch - one of my very favourite punches! I adhered lace to the edges of the round die-cuts using Helmar 450 quick dry adhesive, which had been coloured using Kraft Glimmer Mist.
My sewing machine is playing up at the moment in the tension department, so I opted to use a brown pen to draw in stitches.
Various die-cuts were used from the 6.5" X 6.5" Flora Delight paper pad, and the Poppy Stamps, Gentle Leaf was used for foliage.

Really nice, Sandie - even if purple is not my fave colour...Hah! You match photos to colours, too - glad I'm not the only one....& my sewing machine refuses to do zig zag atm.....v annoying when they're not working properly, eh???!!!! I really like how you've got those ruffles around the circles here - looks great!!!!!!!!!

I am running out of words to describe your exsquite creations so if I seem redundant it just might be that you are right, lol I am so in love with everything you done here... aren't you happy your mum wore that shirt!! It is perfect with the layout... I love how brave you are to spray gorgeous flowers to get the perfect color, I would be terrified to ruin it...who says you don't have to be courageous scrapbooking hey???
