Give, Love, Cherish, Smile - The Scrapbook Store

Hi Everyone,  today I have a layout, using the Kaisercraft Flora Delight Paper Collection, Paper Pad, Collectables, Sticker Sheet, and other gorgeous elements available through The Scrapbook Store.

The photograph is one of my Mum as a young girl, she looks so happy in this photograph. I can see a resemblance to my Mum in my children (each time I see the photo) - it is amazing how family 'looks' continue down through the generations - sometimes so strong, even many generations later.

I was rummaging through some old photographs to scan the other night, and came across a photo taken in mid 1800's, and I swore my eldest son was in the photo!  I am determined to find out 'who' it is in our family. I am fascinated!
I used a combination of Prima Marketing, and Manor House Creations Flowers, teamed with some fussy cut leaves from the Collectables.
Lots of sewing with the machine, added a little extra character, and I grouped some gorgeous charms, along with Vintage Edition Bottle Caps and Covers.  The little clock face, I purchased off Etsy some time ago. The bottle cap was painted using a Gold, Paint Dauber.
There is still plenty of time to join in the fun of the February challenge, details can be found 'HERE', and posted into the Gallery  - would be lovely if you could join us, and be in the running for a fantastic prize!
I'll be back soon, with more...

Sandie you're so lucky to have these vintage photos, I love my collection of them and they show up so well on a scrap page. Kaisercraft are really upping the anti with their new ranges, I love them. Do the bottle tops sit well without making holes in your albums? I haven't used any yet but your clock here looks amazing.

WOWWWWWWWW!!! This is incredible! All that pale gold and the flowers - fantastic work Sandie! Have a lovely Sunday :) I remember you asking about our weather the other day. Right now we are in our hottest month here & the temps are in the high 30s (Celsius) but we are right at the coast & there is a whole lot of humidity so it is sticky!!
